Oh. Are hyacinths supposed to have a scent? I have grape hyacinths that sometimes out grow the snails but I had never noticed a scent. Nice blue, though.
Hyacinths have the most gorgeous scent, it usually fills the room. I think even grape hyacinths have a slight scent.

that's completely not fair! i love the smell of hyacinths, it's a tie between those and lilacs for my favorite.at least you can look at them :-)
